I visited this place for the first time. It wasn't busy at the time. I needed a new tire to replace a bad patch job that Mr Tire did the day before. Just Tires didn't have the same brand as the tires I already had on my car. They replaced the bad tire with one that was comparable. The wait time was an hour. I had to ask what was taking so long. They weren't busy and all I needed was a replacement tire. My car was delivered immediately after my inquiry. My car wasn't test driven. I was told the tire was balanced. I drove my car on Rt 40 going towards Eldersburg. The sterning wheel vibrated very badly. I called Just Tires and told them what happened and mentioned that my tire needed to balance. I would recommend this place for tires repair and replace. However before leaving , I had a "do unto

A1 Exceptional service per the usual @ this Just Tires! Chris & team hands down provide an unparalleled caliber of customer service/ hospitality. I needed new tires ASAP, not available anywhere for at least a week. I called this location around noon; arrived around 3pm & had new tires installed w/ an alignment finished by 5pm. Highly recommend to anybody in need of service/maintenance & looking to break free from their dealership service department! Thank you again!

Chris Whetstone Manager at Just Tires really knows his job and his great communication with his staff workers they are always doing their best with cus the car dealership said was wrong. Cris and his team are very honest hard-working people very professional always family, friendly and treat you like family. Cris is an excellent manager. My family and I keep him in our contacts for work needing to be done. We are never disappointed. tomer service and reasonable prices I was told by my car dealership that a specific issue was causing problems with my car and I knew that did not sound right so I took it over to Chris and his team over at Just Tires on Reisterstown Rd and they saved me a lot of money because the issue was not what the car dealership said was wrong.
